How is Spark Selling technique different?
Spark Selling is a community-based practice, not a "program."

** If you ARE an Academy member this workshop will advance existing skills to the next level. You will overcome challenges with our help.

How much time is needed to get most benefit? Is this a Webinar?
As a group, we meet over 4 weeks---every Wednesday, 12 pm Eastern Time (US) to 1:30 pm. That's 17:00 - 18:30 BST.
Total time of your personal coaching is 8 weeks.
Plan on:
- 1.5 hours per week of class time;
- about 1-2 hours** (per week) of time working independently via email with your coach.
** Coaching time depends on your personal level of commitment & enthusiasm for getting more conversations started!
In between live sessions you work continuously, via email, with your coach.
YES, it's online.
YES we record the live sessions. Download them and keep them for your own personal use and re-use.
NO, you won't be checking email during the live sessions. Webinar is a dirty word. We're here to work and have fun.
Live sessions feature a bit of learning time and heavy coaching interaction with you and other students. We help each other improve ourselves & implement new ideas. If you only want access to basic information (with no interaction) this workshop is probably not for you.

How much time do I get with my coach?
Jeff will coach you & co-participants during each 90 minutes live, screen-sharing workshop session.
Jeff also coaches, via email, in between these 4 sessions + 2 more weeks after live workshops conclude.
That's a total of 6 weeks of personal attention from Jeff. This ensures you see results from the workshop.
Size of class is restricted to give everyone time to help and get help. This is a shared time environment.
Jeff interacts with you via email before class time (including days leading up to start date) to understand your target market, current strengths, challenges and goals. Throughout the 6 weeks, Jeff coaches you 1-on-1 during class (shared time) and in between classes via email.

How fast can I expect to see results?
Workshop attendees, historically, see better results in a week or two. We strive to earn better results before the workshops conclude. Thus, immediately upon enrolling Jeff Molander will contact you to learn about your specific challenges, target market, etc.
That said, improvement timing depends on your specific challenge AND willingness to get out of your comfort zone. (try something new)

What experience should I have to get most from the training? Do I need LinkedIn Navigator?
You don't need Sales Navigator. Experience shows, sellers of all experience levels benefit from this workshop.
Newbies, experienced and some advanced sellers invest in our workshops. Curriculum is planned for all levels. Upon registration we immediately ask for details describing your challenges and experiences. This makes sure workshops give you everything needed.
LinkedIn Sales Navigator is not required to make full use of these workshops.
LinkedIn is NOT in the business of helping you communicate effectively. They're in the business of selling access to a database of prospects. The free courses by LinkedIn—and others on YouTube—are nicely put together. But...
LinkedIn's training shows how to use LinkedIn's tool set—the way LinkedIn wants you to use it. It's like watching a commercial. Of course commercials are free!
Our workshops help you get conversations started with InMails, standard email... and voicemail. Big difference.
